• Customer Contact & Fulfillment Details: Name, delivery street address, phone number, and delivery instructions (e.g. gate codes or porch drop-off notes).
• Order Details: Items purchased, merchant selection, order totals, and timestamps.
• Driver Courier Information: Courier full legal name, phone number, email address, vehicle details (make, model, license plate), driver license data, and background screening verification status through certified screening providers (e.g., Checkr).
• Delivery Verification Data: Contactless doorstep drop-off photographs taken by couriers to provide Proof of Delivery (POD) and resolve missing item inquiries.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for the following business purposes:

• To route, assign, and fulfill orders with local restaurants and retailers.
• To send order status SMS updates and coordinate hand-offs between customer and courier.
• To calculate accurate delivery fees, courier payouts, and process Stripe settlements.
• To maintain platform safety, investigate disputed deliveries, and prevent fraudulent chargebacks.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or phone numbers to third-party data brokers or marketing telemarketers.

5. Information Shared with Third Parties

We share limited data strictly as necessary to execute orders:

• Independent Couriers: Your first name, delivery address, phone number, and drop-off instructions are shared with your assigned courier solely during active order transit.
• Merchants & Kitchens: Order items and ticket customer names are shared to prepare food orders accurately.
• Cloud Infrastructure & Security: Google Firebase (secure cloud database storage with SSL 256-bit encryption) and Stripe (payment processing).

6. SMS Messaging & Communications

By providing your telephone number at checkout or courier sign-up, you consent to receive transactional and operational text messages related to your active delivery (e.g. “Driver is on the way”, “Order delivered to door”). You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by contacting support or replying STOP.

7. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain order logs for accounting, tax verification, and dispute resolution purposes. You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you or request deletion of your account by contacting our administrative team at mizmercado21@gmail.com.
